These terms of use, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, govern your use of hostingme.co.uk (our Site). Please read them before you use the Site. Using the Site means you accept them.

If you order Services through the Site, that order is additionally governed by our Terms of Service and the relevant Acceptable Use Policy, not by this document.

2. Accessing the Site

2.1 We do not guarantee the Site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. Access may be suspended, withdrawn or restricted at any time, for example for maintenance.

2.2 You are responsible for making sure everyone who accesses the Site through your internet connection is aware of these terms and complies with them.

3. Accounts

3.1 Parts of the Site, such as the client portal, require you to register an account. You must keep your login details confidential and tell us immediately at hello@hostingme.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3.2 We may disable an account at any time if, in our reasonable opinion, you have failed to comply with any provision of these terms.

4. Acceptable use of the Site

You must not misuse the Site. You must not:

• introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it
• attack the Site via a denial of service attack or a distributed denial of service attack
• use any part of the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law

We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and cooperate with them, and your right to use the Site will cease immediately if you breach this clause.

5.1 We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design. Those works are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 You may print and download extracts of any page on the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You must not modify copies of any materials you have printed or downloaded, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs or graphics separately from any accompanying text.

5.3 Our status as the author of content on the Site must always be acknowledged.

6.2 Prices, plan features and technical specifications shown on the Site are correct at the time they are published. Where they differ from your order confirmation or the Terms of Service, the order confirmation and Terms of Service take priority.

7.3 We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage arising under or in connection with use of, or inability to use, the Site, or use of or reliance on any content displayed on it, except where that loss or damage relates to Services ordered under the Terms of Service, which are covered by that agreement instead.

The Site may include links to third party sites, plugins and applications, such as our knowledge base, live chat provider or payment processors. We do not control those third party sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Clicking on those links may allow third parties to collect or share data about you.

You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a Consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
